Classroom Management

After the reconstruction work, our main target was classroom management. Classroom management is the process by which teachers and schools create and maintain appropriate behaviour of students in classroom settings. Classroom management produces a variety of positive outcomes for students.

Effective classroom management paves the way for the teacher to engage the students in learning. In addition to improving the learning experience for students, effective classroom management also helps to create a positive and respectful learning environment.

This can increase student confidence and motivation and better relationships between teachers and students. Some common strategies for classroom management include setting clear expectations for behaviour, using positive reinforcement, and providing consistent consequences for misbehaviour.

By implementing these strategies, teachers can create a more productive and engaging learning environment for their students.
